Our company vindicates it without usage of collecting terminals with the direct spedition from the place of loading to the place of unloading. This way of spedition with short delivery time minimalize the risk of loss or demage of the consigment while repeated reloading in the collecting terminals occurs.
The important factor for securing non-problematic continuance of the spedition is sufficiency of the information about the consigment and the conditions of delivery. For this reason it is necessary apart form the customers basic data to especially state this following data in delivery note while ordering the spedition:
- the address of loading
- the date and time of loading
- amount, weight and the size of consigment
- the sort of consigment
- delivery time the address of the place of unloading (telephon)
- the name of the person the consigment should be delivered to (in the case that thre is no concrete person stated, the consigment will be delivered to any person that can be reasonably considered belonging to the receiver of the consigment)
- the value of consigment (the vehicle providing the spedition of consigments are standardly insured for the demage of road speditioner in the height of 500.000,- CZK – 1.000.000,- CZK, it is possible to increase the insurence).
The consigment is speditioned with the delivery notes of dispatcher. Considerig that the delivery note signed by receiver is the necessary part of the spedition invoice, it is advisable to equip the consigment with two copies of delivery note.
